4.                  Old Business: None

5.                  New Business:

A. MJM Subdivision Replat

Tim Schumm explained the proposed replat of the MJM Subdivision in Washington Township.  Initially it was proposed that the eastern 150 feet of lot 9 be combined with lot 10 and the remaining portion of lot 9 be combined with lot 8.  This may change to 200 feet once the final signed plat is submitted.  The township has indicated that they do not have any issues with the proposed replat.  Lenny Sonnenberg made a motion to approve the replat.  John Overmeier seconded.  Motion carried.  The replat will now go to the Commissioners for approval.

B. Preliminary Budget

Preliminary budgets will be due in the coming weeks.  Tim Schumm presented a proposed job description that was based on the previous job description and a preliminary budget.  It was suggested that the planner be hired through the Engineer’s Office and that that person would be responsible for planning and would also assist the Regional Water & Sewer District.  Tim will discuss with Randy Germann to determine how well this may work.

6.            Closing Remarks

A.     Open Forum:

Jon Lindsay indicated that in the State’s Budget Bill, verbiage has been added to rescind the current household sewage treatment system regulation.  It appears that this language will remain in the legislation when it is signed.
